The system will send a confirmation e-mail to the address used for registration in which the information relating to the purchase is reported (ticket header, ticket type, fare).
If it is a purchase without a card, present this receipt to the ticket office to collect your card (a deposit of € 5 is required). If you bought single trips, you can use the barcode that you will receive on the ticket receipt email. You can print it and take it with you or use it directly from a mobile device. Our gates are equipped with a reader for both cases.
The skipass is only refunded in case of ski accidents from the day presented at the cash desk. A doctor’s certificate issued by a doctor working in the Passeiertal or in the hospital the injured person has been taken to is necessary. The doctor’s certificate must state that the owner of the skipass can no longer ski as a result of the injury. Accompanying people or family members have no right to refunding.
The amount to be refunded depends on the days already used.
No refunding is possible for hourly passes, half-day and day passes.
In the summer season, refunds are not provided.
When booking our services, it is important to specify the date on which your ski pass or ticket should be valid. We also need to know when your ski course or your equipment loan should start. This is the only way we can prepare everything optimally for you and make sure that you receive the desired performance at the right time. Simply choose the date that suits your plans best!
